QTBIPOC Owned Hot Sauce Brand Releases Two New Flavors

Heat lovers! QTBIPOC owned hot sauce brand, Chef Sarah Germany, has released two new flavors.

Chef Sarah Germany, founded by Sarah Germany and Diana Hernandez, have added hot sauce flavors Shiso Hot and The Town Heat to their diverse line of Oakland-sourced, small-batch artisanal condiments and infused oils.

Green in color and made from Shiso, an herb in the mint family, Sisho Hot is a new hot heavy weight. The other newcomer, The Town Heat, is a scallion based hot sauce – also up there in the heat department.

Born from the desire to make use of otherwise wasted produce from school farms, Chef Sarah Germany creates a variety of delicious hot sauces, pickles, jams, salt blends and more.

You can purchase a variety of hot sauces on Chef Sarah Germany’s website.
